About the Event
Tidal Bay wines are the signature white wines of Nova Scotia, officially launched in 2012. These wines are known for their cool, crisp, and aromatic profile, reflecting the unique terroir, coastal breezes, and cooler climate of the region. Made from 100% Nova Scotia-grown grapes, Tidal Bay wines must adhere to strict standards to ensure their distinctive taste, characterized by lively green fruit, dynamic acidity, and a characteristic minerality.
We invite you and your guest to join us for a sampling of these fine local wines and an opportunity to mingle with the lodge members, as well as your fellow celebrants and their guests. Don't worry. There will also be red wines.
